Please be aware that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose your products and colours carefully and feel free to reach out for assistance if you are unsure of any size/colour before you purchase. You can do this via the contact us tab on our website. 

pj & riley products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched for any sign of wear and/or tear. We will not offer returns for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.

Returns may be offered at our discretion in the event that you find a fault with your product upon receipt. You must contact us within 3 days of its arrival via the contact us tab on our website and we will be in touch to walk you through the process.

For orders placed at markets and through invoice: please note, once an invoice is generated and sent to you for payment, we deem this to be an 'order' and as such any cancellation or non payment of an invoice will incur a 15% administration fee as compensation for us placing products on hold.
